EXTERIOR: Access the property grounds through an automatic gate. All access to the ground floor and pool terraces are flat or have ramps. There is space to park 3 cars. By the pool are there is a covered dinning are with outdoor furniture and a portable BBQ.
LOCATION: Located in a quiet residential area of Calpe, called Ortenbach. A great location for our holiday as we have all the services and the great long sandy beaches of the popular village of Calp at only a few minutes drive
