MODERN AND COMFORTABLE VILLA WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL IN JAVEA (COSTA BLANCA) for a maximum of 9+2 people.

LAY OUT: This smart villa has only one floor, we will find a very spacious and bright living room with large windows with views over the garden and with direct access to it, we will enjoy very good meals on the glass round table and its six design chairs. Next to them we have a really nice and comfortable skin sofas where we can relax and have a drink on the glass table in front of the built in fire place. This living room is quite spacious and luminous, it reflects luxe and elegance with its furniture as well as a warm atmosphere with the wooden beams on the ceiling. Next to that room there is a completely equipped kitchen with a very clear decoration and an island to have breakfast or a snack as well as high quality electrical devices. There are five bedrooms all of them big and very luminous, decorated with very nice colours and with wooden beams on the ceiling. Three of them with double beds (one of them with an access to the garden), another bedroom with a single bed and with bunk beds and the last one with a sofa bed for two people and direct access to the outside areas. There are four bathrooms, three of them are ensuite.

EXTERIOR: This modern villa is on a closed 1.830 square metres plot. We access the property through a big flat area where we can park our vehicles on a covered parking. We arrive to the garden through the living room where there is a lovely covered terrace with a table and six chairs in order to enjoy the warm summer evenings far from the strong sun. There is also a summer kitchen for us to cook good meals and snacks and enjoy as much as possible our holidays. We can use the sun beds or have a bath at the beautiful private swimming pool. All with privacy and without any indiscreet views thanks to the big plants that surround the property. There is also a very nice garden with Mediterranean plants and trees as well as palms where we can have a snack using the terrace furniture or the sunbed that is placed between two palms by the pool.

LOCATION; This villa is placed at the nice Jávea hills just 12 minutes far from the sandy beaches of this lively town where we can find all amenities, bars, restaurants and all kind of shops. The big and very well known golf course is only 2 minutes driving far from the house where we can relax, make excursions, to El Tossal Gros mountain from where we can enjoy from amazing sea views over the Mediterranean. This property has a perfect calm balance feeling thanks to its location in a very quiet neighbourhood and very close to all what you need to have the most pleasant holidays.
